Aaron began with FGP International, as a Business Intern with Align HR. After interning for six months, he was asked upon graduation to transition to Business Coordinator with Align HR.

As Business Coordinator, Aaron is the liaison between clients and consultants, manages administrative responsibilities and provides marketing and business development support. He provides direct client support in the Outplacement department helping candidates prepare to re-enter the job market through the preparation of effective resumes and job search skills and tools. 

Aaron also serves as the marketing coordinator, which includes maintaining the Align HR Website and acting as the publisher of the monthly Align HR Newsletter. Aaron is a graduate of Bob Jones University with a degree in Business Administration.
