Aaron began with FGP International as a Business Intern with FGP HR Consulting.
After interning for six months, he was asked upon graduation to transition to Business Coordinator with FGP HR Consulting.
As Business Coordinator, Aaron is the liaison between clients and consultants, manages administrative responsibilities and provides marketing and business development support. He provides direct client support through HR Consulting as well as in the Outplacement department, helping candidates prepare to re-enter the job market through the preparation of effective resumes and job search skills and tools.
Aaron also serves as the marketing coordinator, which includes maintaining the FGP HR Consulting Website and keeping clients up to date on the ever changing HR legislation. Aaron is a graduate of Bob Jones University with a degree in Business Administration. Aaron also passed the PHR exam in January 2011.
