Find Great People Align HR FGP Technology

As a recruiter, Ali focuses on finding great people both in Office Support and Accounting/Finance divisions for companies in the Upstate. Ali began with FGP International, as the interim Director of First Impressions. She formed such a positive relationship with clients that Align HR, a division of FGP recruited her to the consulting practice.

In her most recent role, Ali was the liaison between clients and consultants; she managed administrative responsibilities and provided marketing and business development support. Ali provided direct client support in the Outplacement department by helping candidates prepare to re-enter the job market through the preparation of effective resumes and job search skills and tools. That whole process was such a great fit for Ali that she moved into the Professional Staffing division to continue helping candidates find the perfect fit in their job search.

Prior to joining Align HR and FGP, Ali was in marketing with a national, fast food franchise, management company. Ali is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
