As the Business Development Manager, Beth helps find great people to build great companies. With 13 years senior management experience, she learned early that having great people on a team was the foundation for success. No matter what your needs may be hiring C-level executives, staffing a department or transitioning a team member--Beth is your connection. 

Before joining FGP International, Beth had an impressive career with a national telecommunications company. Beginning her career as an account executive, Beth moved up the ranks to become the Executive Director of Sales for the Southeast Region. In that role, she managed over 150 employees, established the regional budget and trained all members of her team. Her leadership skills led her region to generate more sales than any other region.

Beth attended Clemson University and was named one of the Best and Brightest 35 and Under for Greenville Magazine in 1995. She also held the title of Sales Manager of the Year and a President Cabinet winner for 6 consecutive years with her previous company.
