After spending several years at FGP in a recruiting position specializing in the Office Support area, Betsy transitioned into a new role focusing on training and staffing operations. Betsy has a unique ability to manage and improve training and processes and will continue to lead our team in those areas.

Prior to joining FGP, Betsy worked in the human resources department of a large school district in the Midlands of SC. Betsy graduated with a Bachelor of Science concentrating in Business Management and Human Resources from Anderson University.

In addition, she has her Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) certification. She and her husband live in downtown Greenville and are expecting a brand-new baby boy to be added to their family in the near future!
