Chip comes to us from Concentrix (a Subsidiary of Synnex) with nearly ten years of sales / client development
experience. Chip was responsible for all temporary and permanent recruitment, hiring and training for a call center that grew from 40+ employees to over 120 at Concentrix.
Chip’s technical staffing experience includes Technology Sales whereby he led a technology division of 2 recruiters and 2 field sales people. With this team, their billable hours increased by 300% within a 12 month time frame. Chip also organized and established the Greenville Chapter of HDI (Help Desk International).
Chip spent four years in the Navy as a Russian Linguist and two years in the SC Army National Guard.
