Chuck works with healthcare executives (CEO, COO, CNO and CFO) nationwide with a special emphasis on investor-owned organizations. His client-base is primarily acute care ranging from single facility operations to the largest publicly traded healthcare companies in the country. A proven recruiter and former executive, he has been a catalyst in the development and diversification of the FGP International Health Care Practice. 

Chuck's personnel management and hiring expertise spans three decades with corporate CFO experience for two privately held companies. He has worked throughout Europe, Southwest Asia and the US as a Naval officer and international contractor focusing on team building, process improvement and a performance-based approach to finding and hiring people who can make a difference.

Chuck has a BBA in Accounting, an MBA and works as an adjunct college professor.
