Courtney Wilson

Senior Recruiter

Courtney is a Senior Recruiter in our Columbia office where she leads the Staffing team. She specializes in placing candidates in permanent administrative, human resources, legal, accounting, and marketing positions. She joined the FGP team in 2012 as a Business Coordinator and then moved into a Recruiter role after learning her craft and showing a passion for serving. She loves connecting people to new opportunities and helping them further their careers. Her dedication to clients, candidates, and the team allows her to build long-lasting relationships and has positioned her for success. Courtney is a recipient of the FGP Great Person of the Year award, given annually to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of one individual.

When she is not communicating with candidates for employment opportunities, Courtney loves to spend time with her family, including her son Charlie and husband Reg. She also enjoys cheering on the Gamecocks and traveling as much as possible. Prior to joining FGP Courtney worked at EDENS: Connective Retail, a Columbia-based developer of vibrant retail centers across the country. Courtney is a graduate of the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource and Marketing.

I am a die-hard South Carolina Gamecock fan! I live for college football.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially when it involves traveling.

What’s your favorite travel destination or where would you like to go?

If I could travel anywhere, I would love to visit Greece with my husband and family.
