A results-driven executive search consultant, Cyndee partners with the Manufacturing and Engineering group, bringing a specific focus on identifying Executive Management and their direct reports in order to build teams that will transform the market. Prior to coming to FGP, Cyndee quickly worked her way up the ranks from Research Associate to Managing Director of the Southeast at Taylor Winfield, an internationally recognized executive search firm located in Dallas, Texas.

Cyndee brings with her not only corporate experience, but time spent with her father's successful small business in Greenville, SC. Her time there allows her a different perspective on what it takes to make a small business successful and the importance of those types of business practices in today's economy.

Cyndee holds BS degrees in Sociology and Music Education.
