David has been at Find Great People (FGP) for over 18 years where he finds great people throughout North America, the Caribbean, Central America, Mexico, and the Middle East. As a Senior Consultant, David is routinely a top producer at FGP. Part of his success is his ability to understand the needs of the client and identify talent from executive level down to staff level in any industry.

David has developed a strong relationship with major retailers and catalogue companies including Nordstrom, May Company, Talbots, Target, Spiegel, and Victoria's Secret.  Prior to joining Find Great People, David spent 16 years in Retailing as a Department Manager, Buyer, Operations Manager, and Group Division Merchandise Manager and helped take one of his companies from 14 to 62 retail locations in 2 years.

David received his BS in Business Management and received his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification in May 1998.
