David has been at Find Great People (FGP) for over 
18 years and, as a Senior Consultant, David is routinely a top producer at FGP. Part of his success is his ability to understand the needs of the client and identify talent from executive level down to staff level in any industry.
David focuses on Manufacturing and Engineering. Typical search requests include senior manufacturing management, operations, logistics, distribution, supply chain, mechanical, electrical, civil, and process engineering, to name some examples of positions.
In David’s first 12+ years with FGP he developed strong relationships with major retailers and catalogue companies including Nordstrom, May Company, Talbots, Target, Spiegel, and Victoria's Secret. Prior to joining Find Great People, David spent 16 years in Retailing as a Department Manager, Buyer, Operations Manager, and Group Division Merchandise Manager and helped take one of his companies from 14 to 62 retail locations in 2 years.
David received his BS in Business Management and received his Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification in May 1998.
