Before joining FGP, Melanie kicked off her career in Recruiting and HR while interning at Quiksilver Headquarters in Huntington Beach, California. After graduating from the University of Connecticut, Melanie quickly became a high producing Recruiter for a firm in CT. She successfully managed both temporary and direct placements within the Technical and Engineering Department.

Her success continued while managing a division of the firms on-site Managed Vendor Program at Unilever. She partnered with Senior Managers and Directors regarding compensation, staff planning, talent acquisition and employee development which resulted in significant growth of the division and relationship with the client.

Melanie has developed an expertise in full life cycle recruitment literally across the country and has now joined the FGP family to help run the Professional Accounting and Finance Staffing division. If she’s not at FGP recruiting top talent of the South East you can find her in the stands cheering on the UCONN Huskies!
