With close to a decade of staffing and recruitment experience, Michele brings a level of expertise that is expected in the professional staffing division. She uses this experience to find great people in the areas of finance/accounting and office support.  

Prior to joining FGP International, Michele was a recruiter for an international staffing organization in Atlanta and Greenville. During her tenure, she opened and operated a new branch office and became manager over two divisions within the company. Michele handled recruiting, marketing and sales activities for the placement of financial and accounting professionals. She re-established the Accounting Operations division after one month of support from prior division senior recruiting manager and consistently achieved results and exceeded expectations.

In addition, Michele has accounting experience. She was hired by the controller of a national insurance company to work in their accounting department, where she was responsible for timely preparation and filing of premium tax returns for 48 states, annual and quarterly financial statement preparation, general ledger account reconciliation and analysis and Balance Sheet review and Reinsurance Contract review and maintenance.

Michele is a Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS).
