Job Seeker FAQs

  • How do I introduce my background and resumé?

The best way to present your information to FGP is through resumé submission. This can be done by searching job postings or general submission.

  • How do I know if you received my resumé?

If you submit your resumé to a job posting, the recruiter working on the search will receive it directly. Due to the volume of resumés we receive per posting, we are unable to customize a response each time, but please be assured we have received your information and will contact you if you might be a good fit. If you submit your resumé in a different manner and have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 864-297-0000.

  • How frequently should I expect to be contacted regarding potential positions?

Once you have had an initial conversation or visit with FGP, our recruiters will share your information with other team members. Because we don’t have control over when we receive job opportunities for our client companies, that time may vary.

  • Does FGP place candidates on a temporary or direct hire basis?

At Find Great People, we place candidates who are looking for temporary or direct hire opportunities. Some of our candidates are interested in the temp-to-hire option, as it gives them an opportunity to try the position out before committing to the role permanently. Please see our services.

  • Who pays FGP’s recruiting fees?

Client organizations seeking to hire an individual will be invoiced for our placement fee. We do not charge candidates for our services.

  • What industries and practice areas does FGP place talent?

FGP works in over 20 different industries and has many different practice areas. Please see our services and practice areas to learn more about what we do.
