When does my timesheet need to be turned in?
Timesheets must be submitted to our electronic timesheet system (you will receive an e-mail with your login information) by 9:00 am on Mondays. If you are sick or off of work, please login to and submit your timesheet. If your manager is not available to approve your time, please contact Renee at 864-297-0000.

Who do I contact if I'm sick or late to work?
If you are sick or late, it is your responsibility to contact your employer and let them know. Please keep your recruiter up to date if you will not be able to make it to work.

When will my check be available?
We encourage all our employees to enroll in direct deposit*. With Direct Deposit, the money will be in your bank account the morning of payday. When you choose to enroll in Direct Deposit, you will receive one to three live checks before your check goes into your bank. For subsequent pay periods, you will not receive a paper copy of your pay stub, but all of your payroll information will be available to you online using our online payroll feature.

*In the event that you choose not to enroll in direct deposit, live checks will be mailed the afternoon prior to your scheduled pay day. Checks will no longer be available for pickup in our office. Each live check will have a $5 fee assessed per week which will automatically be deducted from your check. (For new employees, you will have a 3 week grace period before being assessed the $5 per check fee.)

If your live check is not received or is lost in the mail, you will have to wait 10 calendar days to get a replacement. For example, if pay day is January 8th, you will need to wait until January 18th to receive a replacement check.

What are the front desk hours?
The front desk will be open during the following times:

  • Greenville/Spartanburg Office:
    Monday through Thursday 8:00 am - 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm
    Fridays 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

  • Columbia Office:
    Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

When will direct deposit take effect?
Direct deposit generally takes one to three pay periods to become effective. Please see the Direct Deposit Authorization Form for more information.

Does FGP offer any vacation benefits?
At this time, we do not offer any paid vacation time to field employees. You may talk with your employer to discuss uncompensated vacation days.

Does FGP offer holiday pay? If so, which holidays are included?
At this time, we do not offer paid holidays. If your employer is not open on a holiday, you of course are not required to work.

Which documents do I submit with my I-9 form?
Please see the third page of the I-9 form to see which documents are acceptable forms of documentation. Please select documents that apply to you and submit a copy of those documents with your completed I-9 form.

How do I log into the online payroll feature to view my paystub?
To log in, your username is the first initial of your first name, capitalized, and your entire last name lowercase as well as the numbers 1004. (For example: Suzie Sample's username = Ssample1004.) Your password is the last five (5) numbers of your social security number. Please contact our payroll department with any difficulty accessing your paystub.
