Job Description

Day to Day:

  • Respond to requests for quotes
  • Process purchase orders
  • Maintain customer files
  • Work closely with customers to manage open complaints
  • Process returns 

Required:

  • Bachelors degree and 3+ years in manufacturing customer service OR 5+ years in manufacturing customer service and Associates degree
  • 3-7 years in manufacturing customer service 
  • Transportation/Logistics background
  • SAP, strong plus
