Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for a reputable insurance firm that is looking to grow their team. This role is responsible for servicing new and renewal business and supporting the marketing processes for Property & Casualty insurance clients.   • Prepare Premium/Loss Analysis and Modification Analysis 
  • Determine appropriate marketing strategy for placement of business
  • Process new business and renewal applications, endorsements, certificates, cancellations, audits, and proposals 
  • Obtain quotes, create and deliver proposal documents 
  • Research unique coverage situations and new coverage in the industry  
  • Work closely with producers, clients, underwriters, and carriers
  • Ensure that group policy meets all legal, regulatory and compliance requirements 


  • BS degree preferred, or a combination of education and work experience 
  • 3-5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience
  • Current P&C license, or ability to obtain within 90 days is required 
  • CISR and/or CIC designations preferred 
  • Must be organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, and must excel at building rapport with customers and other team members
