Monty has over 10 years experience in Senior Financial Management positions with multi-location manufacturing and distribution companies. He has been with Find Great People (FGP) for six years and has been a top producer, including being named Consultant of the Year. Monty started in the Accounting/Finance division and based on his successful performance, was promoted to Accounting/Finance Division Manager. He has been instrumental in growing the division from two recruiting professionals to six. 

Prior to FGP, Monty spent 9 years with Coopers & Lybrand, one of the largest international CPA firms focusing on clients in the fields of life and health insurance, wholesale distribution, light manufacturing, boat building, real estate development, stock brokerage, stock transfer services, real estate lending, and a variety of service firms.

Monty is currently a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as, the State Society in South Carolina. Monty is a cum laude graduate with a degree in Accounting and passed the CPA exam on his first sitting.
