Caroline Nichols serves our Columbia office and surrounding markets. Her primary focus is on building close relationships with her clients to effectively identify solutions for their talent management initiatives. She works with public and private companies of all sizes in various industries, to accomplish their recruiting objectives in Direct Hire Search, IT Staffing, Temporary Talent and Human Resources Consulting. She has an extensive knowledge base in finance and accounting, healthcare, manufacturing and engineering, nonprofit and technology.
Caroline started her professional career in politics specializing in fundraising. She transitioned to staffing and recruiting in 2010 and worked in the industry for five years, gaining experience in accounting and finance with a large firm and full-service recruiting with a smaller firm. Caroline further enhanced her business development skills with a South Carolina beverage distributor, before returning to the recruiting industry.
What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?
I would love to visit Italy one day. Specifically, the Amalfi Coast and Tuscany.
What makes you laugh the most?
Laughing is very important to me and not taking yourself too seriously. We are in the people business and sometimes you just need a good laugh.
