Human Resources Consultant
Heather joined FGP in 2007 and continues to demonstrate an obvious passion and concern for each client she serves. She has extensive job analysis experience and works closely with clients to identify and determine specific job duties and requirements, and to establish or document client employment procedures such as employee selection, training, compensation, performance appraisal practices and records management procedures. Heather also serves as a member of the FGP Outplacement team, providing individualized and group resume development, technology training, and job search support. She is committed to making job analysis and job transition processes as seamless and straightforward as possible, and especially enjoys one-on-one client interaction where she can adapt her support to each need.
For several years, Heather served as an undergraduate instructor teaching business, technology and human resource courses in the areas of employment selection, placement and needs assessment. She also worked at a recruitment company as a coordinator of nurse recruitment initiatives in the medical field, and as a business consultant in various industries such as human resources, medical, real estate, hospitality, e-commerce, and non-profits. Her consulting has often involved evaluating and defining workflow and business process needs, analyzing data, and significantly streamlining business processes with the use of technology
What’s your favorite travel destination or where would you like to go?
I love the West (Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and California)
What do you love to do outside of work?
I love to spend time with family and friends, travel, cook and bake.
If you could have any fantasy career, what would it be?
I would own a bakery.
