What’s the last book you read and what did you think?
The Nightingale. I love reading historical fiction, particularly about US history and WWII. The character development was unbelievable. It was also a page turner!
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Having our son, Emerson. He is the sweetest, most social little guy. He loves playing all sports—basketball, football, baseball, soccer, AND tennis. He is so smart too—little guy repeats everything we say.
If you could go back in time, what year would you travel to and why?
2003, my freshman year at Duke. I just LOVED everything about Duke—the people (so interesting), the culture (diverse), the tennis (intense), and of course the academics (challenging). It was a wonderful environment where I grew as a person and learned a lot.
