We are seeking a professional Branch Manager to join a growing team in Chesapeake, VA. This is a full time, onsite, Permanent/Direct Hire opportunity for a financial services company! The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a financial services setting and strong interpersonal skills.  
    
Responsibilities:    
  • Handles the development and growth of the branch, ensuring objectives and goals are met  
  • Leads a team and coordinates daily activities  
  • Oversees and maintains the budget  
  • Manages the loan process  
  • Handles hiring, firing and disciplinary actions   
Qualifications:    
  • High School Diploma of GED required  
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial services setting  
  • Previous management experience  
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written   
  • Excellent interpersonal skills   
Hours:    
  • Monday to Friday    
  • Onsite    
  • Permanent/Direct Hire    
Compensation/Benefits:    
  • $65-75k, depending on experience     
  • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Paid Holiday and PTO and a 401k program
