A well know client in Downtown Columbia is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this would be a great position for you!

This is a long-term temporary position for 6+ months.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage appointments and scheduling
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Setting up meeting spaces
  • Logging packages that arrive and ensuring delivery to recipients
  • Creating name tags
  • Filling in/Proofreading spreadsheets for contact information
  • Addressing mail
Needed Skills
  • Microsoft Office familiarity, high professionalism, punctual
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience is a plus
Schedule:
  • 8:30-5pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • 8:30-12pm on Fridays
  • On-site
Compensation: $15/hour
