This is a long-term temporary position for 6+ months.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage appointments and scheduling
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Setting up meeting spaces
- Logging packages that arrive and ensuring delivery to recipients
- Creating name tags
- Filling in/Proofreading spreadsheets for contact information
- Addressing mail
- Microsoft Office familiarity, high professionalism, punctual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience is a plus
Schedule:

- 8:30-5pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- 8:30-12pm on Fridays
