Job Description

Day to Day:

  • Deploying equipment and installing software
  • Support end users via the phone, deskside, and remote tools
  • Assist in a hands-on / break-fix capacity
  • Work with team members ranging from the executive level down
  • Support and install software systems
  • Assist with system/network issues as they arise

Required Skill Sets:

  • Looking for a jack-of-all-trades
  • Strong Help Desk/Desktop Support background
  • Laptop break / fix background
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Office 365 (O365)
  • Previous experience with mobile device troubleshooting
  • Exposure to using remote support tools
  • Previous experience using ticketing systems
  • General networking and systems experience
  • Self-starter with a lot of initiative looking for growth opportunities
