Job Description

Day to Day:

  • Troubleshooting and maintaining Windows Server environment
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 Technical Support for desktop, server and network issues in person and through remote tools.

  • Document calls through ticketing system to streamline department performance.
  • Perform break/fix repairs for customer equipment for technician lab and onsite.
  • Monitor and manage cloud-based backup solutions.

Required Skillset:

  • Experience with Ticketing systems
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows Server and Windows desktop environments- Mac is a plus
  • Office 365 experience
  • Remote desktop experience is a must
  • Working knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls. Experience with Cisco and Watchguard solutions are considered a plus.
