Day to Day:
- Troubleshooting and maintaining Windows Server environment
Provide Level 2 and 3 Technical Support for desktop, server and network issues in person and through remote tools.
- Document calls through ticketing system to streamline department performance.
- Perform break/fix repairs for customer equipment for technician lab and onsite.
- Monitor and manage cloud-based backup solutions.
- Experience with Ticketing systems
- Experience troubleshooting Windows Server and Windows desktop environments- Mac is a plus
- Office 365 experience
- Remote desktop experience is a must
- Working knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls. Experience with Cisco and Watchguard solutions are considered a plus.
