A family-owned company experiencing successful growth in Belton, SC is seeking a Commercial Account Manager. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and comes from a construction, property management, or commercial insurance background.
This is a temp-to-hire position with a 100% onsite, full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain great working relationships with clients
- Achieve sales goals related to renewals and new business
- Provide excellent customer service for existing clients
- Facilitate customer warranty and satisfaction surveys
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve services
- Prepare and present reports to referral sources, and/or management
- Secure client payments
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes
- Attend or assist planning events throughout the year
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related experience in construction, property management, or commercial insurance
- Soft skills related to sales, including communication, relationship management, and customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
