We are seeking a professional Accounting Administrator to join a growing team in Winnsboro, SC. This is a full time, Temporary to hire position. The ideal candidate will have prior accounting support expereince and will be comfortable performing clerical duties. QuickBooks experience is required.

Job Description:

  • Process/set up new customer credit accounts
  • Handle Invoicing
  • Complete payment processing
  • Oversee collections
  • Process payroll
  • Answer phones, replying to emails, etc
  • Greet guests
  • File/record documents

Qualifications:

  • Highschool Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Associates degree (Preferred)
  • Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check and drug test
  • Strong A/P and A/R experience
  • QuickBooks experience; intermediate to advanced knowledge
  • Highly fluent with the Microsoft Office Suites

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm)
  • 100% onsite
  • Temporary to Hire

Pay:

  • $19 – $21 hourly (Depending on experience)
