We are seeking a professional Accounting Administrator to join a growing team in Winnsboro, SC. This is a full time, Temporary to hire position. The ideal candidate will have prior accounting support expereince and will be comfortable performing clerical duties. QuickBooks experience is required.
Job Description:
- Process/set up new customer credit accounts
- Handle Invoicing
- Complete payment processing
- Oversee collections
- Process payroll
- Answer phones, replying to emails, etc
- Greet guests
- File/record documents
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or GED (Required)
- Associates degree (Preferred)
- Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check and drug test
- Strong A/P and A/R experience
- QuickBooks experience; intermediate to advanced knowledge
- Highly fluent with the Microsoft Office Suites
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm)
- 100% onsite
- Temporary to Hire
Pay:
- $19 – $21 hourly (Depending on experience)
