A nationally recognized company in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, a strong work ethic, and an accurate attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Key accounts payable (AP) invoices into AP systems in a timely manner
- Review expense coding of invoices
- Run and review weekly vendor aging prior to payment runs
- Research issues with vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Perform special project as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business or Accounting or relevant accounts payable experience
- Strong computer technical skills, including MS Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines
Compensation
- $17/hr
