Job Description:
- Maintain accurate general ledgers for multiple HOA communities
- Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices, reimbursements, and recurring payments
- Manage accounts receivable, including homeowner assessments, late fees, and payment application
- Reconcile monthly bank statements, credit card statements, and petty cash
- Prepare monthly financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and variance explanations
- Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis
- Track reserve funds, special assessments, and capital improvement project expenses
- Maintain homeowner account records and respond to billing inquiries professionally and promptly
- Support annual audits or financial reviews by gathering required documentation
- Ensure compliance
- Coordinate with vendors on payment status, W?9 forms, and year end 1099 preparation
- Support the preparation of board meeting packets, budgets, and financial summaries
- Assist leadership with ad hoc reporting, data entry, and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- 2+ years of experience working with HOAs or property management
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar software
- Excellent Excel skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm
- 100% ONSITE
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 – $65,000
