Day to Day:

  • Gather business requirements related to Loan Origination Software
  • Acts as a liaison between the business and the platform team
  • Understands stakeholder’s business processes and technical platform processes
  • Manages customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process and providing consistent and transparent status, risks, mitigations, and prioritization updates
  • Collaborating with prospective users and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Works closely with the broader Enterprise Applications team, Learning & Development, Infrastructure, Information Security, and other PRO departments to ensure feature release activities are supported across the organization

Required Skill Sets:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related technical discipline.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner desired
  • 5+ years as a BSA
  • 3+ years overall experience with business process tool development design.
  • 8+ years’ experience technology project implementations
  • Exceptional analytics skills and capability to identify systemic and downstream implications.
