A growing marketing company is hiring a Client Services Manager in Greenville, SC. This team member will be responsible for managing all project aspects for new and existing clients, specifically those clients with frequent changes and new projects. 

This is a direct-hire, full-time exempt position, Monday through Friday. Hybrid-optional.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Understand, communicate, and exceed the expectations of clients
  • Create efficiency by managing project strategy, budget, timeline, implementation, changes, and performance
  • Identify and strategize profitable new business opportunities
  • Serve as a training resource for team members and company stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Current CAPM or PMP certification a plus
  • Tech savvy
  • Excellent relationship and time management
  • Critical thinking and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $55,000 – $60,000
