Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Identify client needs and present tailored solutions
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Create proposals and presentations that clearly articulate project scope and value.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote company offerings
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in commercial printing, marketing, or advertising
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
