A professional services firm in Travelers Rest is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist with answering questions from homeowners regarding their HOA and POA payments.
The ideal candidate will present professionally with experience in Accounts Receivable and customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and email from homeowners
  • Assist with billing and account receivable in QuickBooks
Qualifications:
  • Experience with customer service and accounts receivable in an office setting
  • QuickBooks Desktop is a plus
  • Experience in luxury POA or HOA is a plus
Salary:
  • $20-22/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
