A lighting company in Greenville, SC is seeking a Customer Service Rep for a HYBRID, temp-to-hire position (not temporary) in a small, call center environment.

Hours: Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Duties:
  • Answer calls from customers, resolving inquiries, putting in orders, and troubleshooting concerns
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure customer questions are answered and orders processed
  • Check status updates on orders and provide those to customer
  • Check inventory status to ensure projects can be completed on time
  • Provide alternatives and guidance on orders when necessary so that the customer is happy with the final product
  • Follow up on orders to ensure they are arriving on time and troubleshoot any delays
  • Quality check orders, repairs, installations, etc. to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year(s) in a customer service environment that involves high volume phone calls
  • Ability to provide specialized customer attention
  • Very good with intermediate to advanced functions of Excel
  • SAP or other ERP experience strongly preferred
  • Salesforce or other CRM a plus
  • Team-oriented individual who likes talking to and helping customers
Pay/Benefits:
  • $20/hour
  • Hybrid schedule
