A national communications organization is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Fayetteville, NC. The ideal candidate has an outgoing, motivated personality and enjoys customer interaction! This is a temp-to-hire, onsite position.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service for customers and visitors
  • Manage multi-line phone system
  • Receive, create, and review work tickets for repairs
  • Handle inventory control and inventory audits
  • Process and track warranty claims
  • Process billing statements and payments
  • Perform various administrative office tasks


Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Accounts receivable and purchasing experience, a plus
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professionalism and high attention to detail
