A national communications organization is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Fayetteville, NC. The ideal candidate has an outgoing, motivated personality and enjoys customer interaction! This is a temp-to-hire, onsite position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service for customers and visitors
- Manage multi-line phone system
- Receive, create, and review work tickets for repairs
- Handle inventory control and inventory audits
- Process and track warranty claims
- Process billing statements and payments
- Perform various administrative office tasks
Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred
- Accounts receivable and purchasing experience, a plus
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professionalism and high attention to detail
