Direct hire, full-time position. Residence required in Hampton County. Frequent travel to other offices in Allendale, Dillion, and Manning.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise office managers
- Support recruitment process
- Manage calendars for all offices
- Supervises monthly production and collections
- Maintain monthly reports
- Coordinate payroll and oversee attendance
- Handle mail for accounts payable
- Supervise overall housekeeping, supplies, and maintenance of offices
- Ensure compliance with DHEC/OSHA policies
Qualifications:
- Background in dental, nursing, or other healthcare fields
- Passionate about helping those in need and have a heart to serve
- Willingness to learn business functions
- Clear understanding of Medicaid
- Must be adept at meeting the public
- Management skills required including excellent communication and servant leadership
Benefits & Compensation:
- $65,000 – $80,000, based on experience
