An established commercial real estate organization in Downtown Columbia is seeking a Graphics/Video Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing candidate with proficient Adobe InDesign skills who is looking to join an engaging, close knit team. 
 
This permanent position is onsite 5 days per week.
 
Description:
  • Develop and execute marketing plan including social media and events
  • Design infographics and graphics for social and marketing collateral
  • Assist with photography/videography projects to include drone work
  • Organize company calendar and events
  • Work closely with marketing across other locations in SC
  • Coordinate photoshoots of finished projects
  • Partner with local leadership
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or graphic communication
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Must have experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe Express and be able to provide professional work samples of videos using only these platforms
  • Microsoft Office
  • Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign)
  • Photography/Videography shooting experience preferred
  • Drone photography is a plus
  • Experience writing press releases preferred
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
 
Benefits & Compensation:
