A regional distributional company is seeking a professional Corporate Recruiter to join their team! The ideal candidate is able to multi-task and have thorough experience in recruiting.
Direct –hire opportunity. This position is fully on-site in their Greenville office, with normal business hours, M – F, 8 – 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Improve internal recruiting processes and strategies to benefit the team
- Provide consistent communication with managers, team members, and other departments
- Perform all recruiting procedures such as screening candidates, reviewing resumes, evaluate all qualifications, etc.
- Display best practices while interacting with candidates or clients
- Post new job orders and write ups for the company
- Schedule and confirm all interviews for candidates
- Attend all company or department meetings, participate in training sessions, etc.
- Always maintain and abide by federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting industry exercising recruiting policies
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage time, and display excellent interpersonal skills
- Some travel required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or another similar software
Compensation:
- $50,000- 60,000
