The company provides comprehensive turn-key services for development and product life cycle management in support of patients and leading medical technology companies. Their implants are used in multiple surgical applications including dental, spine, sports medicine, plastic and reconstructive surgery, urology/urogynecology and trauma.

The company is headquartered in North Central Florida’s growing life sciences region.  The company employs over 500 associates with state-of-the-art facilities in Florida, North Carolina and Germany.

Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Product Managers to drive revenue growth for the OEM, PRS, and Sports business lines which encompass B2B and B2C.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive demand generation strategy (includes digital) by linking marketing insights to customer persona needs
  • Execute impactful marketing campaigns encompassing value propositions for each of the 3 business lines (OEM, PRS, Sports)
  • Develop relevant marketing collateral mapped to each stage of the customer buying journey; Refresh existing content as needed
    • Drives organic/inorganic search results as part of a comprehensive marketing campaign that generates quality leads that convert to revenue
    • Serves as Sales Enablement to assist the Commercial Team
  • Participate with external partners on branding/website initiatives
  • Work closely with the Product Managers to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with strategy and to support commercialization of new product launches
  • Jointly develop Sales presentations with the Product Managers to support Commercial and Corporate needs
  • Attend industry events to obtain Voice of the Customer, understand market/competitive landscape, and identify new product development opportunities – Provide feedback to Product Managers; R&D, and CGO
  • Increase awareness of RTI Surgical for each of the 3 business lines to the market/customers

    • Social Media (LinkedIn; others as appropriate – by understanding how our customers consume content)
  • Manages business relationships with corporate partners in specific markets and serves as a liaison between RTI functions and corporate partner to ensure satisfaction of customer needs.  
  • Includes interaction with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Legal and Marketing Communications personnel for creation, review and approval of marketing materials
  • Collaborate with corporate training and participate in product training for surgeons and sales force

  • Digital Marketing and Campaign development experience
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing Demand generation strategies resulting in quality leads that convert to revenue
  • CRM Experience; Marketing Automation; PPC; Google Adwords and Analytics; Content Organic Search
  • Social Media (LinkedIn; Facebook; etc.)
  • ChatGPT prompt development experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability and willingness to travel

Education/Experience:
  • BS degree in Marketing or related field required
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant experience in marketing or equivalent
  • Biologics, medical device or scientific background preferred
