We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager for a growing company in Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent/direct hire opportunity with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior expereince in a CPA firm or other professional setting.

Job Description:

  • Answer phones and interact with clients
  • Handle IT coordination with outside IT company
  • Order office supplies and handle office equipment ordering and maintenance scheduling
  • Invoicing, record receipts, handle collections, assist with weekly time sheet processing, handle monthly time and billing reports
  • Log in procedures for incoming return documents, distribute finished return and obtain e-file authorizations
  • Type drafted financial statements

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree (Preferred)
  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Background in bookkeeping procedures or light accounting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
  • Team player attitude

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
  • 100% onsite

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $60,000 – $70,000
