We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager for a growing company in Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent/direct hire opportunity with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior expereince in a CPA firm or other professional setting.
Job Description:
- Answer phones and interact with clients
- Handle IT coordination with outside IT company
- Order office supplies and handle office equipment ordering and maintenance scheduling
- Invoicing, record receipts, handle collections, assist with weekly time sheet processing, handle monthly time and billing reports
- Log in procedures for incoming return documents, distribute finished return and obtain e-file authorizations
- Type drafted financial statements
Requirements
- Bachelors or Associates Degree (Preferred)
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Background in bookkeeping procedures or light accounting
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Team player attitude
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- 100% onsite
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 – $70,000
