A great organization in downtown Greenville is hiring an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to support the COO, CEO, and the organization with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain all donor and member databases
- Support the CEO, COO, and finance team with accounts payable and receivable clerical responsibilities
- Produce various reports and mailings from databases
- Responsible for sending out monthly renewal notices and solicitations to members
- Generate and maintain membership correspondence including thank-you notes, inquire responses, and updating files
- Prepare, organize, and keep staff meeting minutes
- Maintain handbook and contact information
- Order office inventory and supplies when needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Run errands when needed
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of administrative support experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional communication skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure with flexibility
- Highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing
- $42,000-45,000
