Direct hire, part-time opportunity to support a reputable brand communications agency as an Administrative Assistant. Hours are flexible, ranging from 15-20 hours per week. This company is based in Greenville, SC and offers a hybrid schedule.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with various administrative tasks
  • Print and write checks
  • Run checks through an anti-fraud program
  • Enter financial data into a large spreadsheet
  • Manage updates and sharing of the spreadsheet
  • Communicate with external payroll and insurance vendors
 
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional admin experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $20 – $22 hourly
  • Optional benefits through FGP
  • Laptop and monitor provided
