A professional services company in Greenville is seeking to hire a dependable, organized and professional Part-Time Executive Admin to support the CEO with scheduling, travel, and calendar management primarily for 20 hours per week. The CEO is currently managing a full workload and is looking for the right person to help streamline and support her day-to-day —both professional and personal with scheduling.
This position is an on-site, Direct Hire, permanent opportunity with a company known for a strong, positive company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Organize and support internal meetings and events (including monthly team lunches)
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Learn and support internal processes and systems
- Assist with personal scheduling, appointments, and travel if needed
Qualifications:
- Experienced in administrative or executive assistant roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel required)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and mature in handling confidential information
- Flexible and self-motivated, with a steady, balanced personality
Schedule:
- On-site, Monday through Thursday, 20 hours per week
- 8am to 1pm or 9am to 2pm ideally
Compensation:
- Salaried at $22-26/hour
