A company in the upstate is seeking an experienced and hardworking Payroll Coordinator to join their team.  The ideal candidate will be well versed with payroll policies and procedures, have strong organizational skills, and be willing to work across multiple skillsets.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and verify employee attendance records and other relevant data to calculate wages and deductions
  • Prepare and generate payroll reports for management, finance, and HR
  • Calculate and file payroll tax returns
  • Maintain employee payroll records
  • Respond to and resolve employee questions regarding payroll
  • Audit and reconcile payroll data
  • Assist HR with recruiting, benefits administration, onboarding, and other duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in accounting, finance or related field preferred
  • 2 years of payroll experience
  • Experience with ADP strongly preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Flexible and willing to take on additional duties as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $55,000/yr
