Client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to add to a growing team and company. The ideal candidate has processed high volume payroll with a 3rd party system. The candidate should be confident in their payroll abilities with excellent organizational skills to ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of payroll experience plus experience in bookkeeping or accounting. 

  • Proven customer support experience in a payroll role.
  • Experience with operating SOX controls preferred.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Experience maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Excellent drive, enthusiasm and commitment to their position
  • A “can do” attitude and a positive solution focused mindset.
  • A highly organized individual 
  • High proficiency in all Microsoft Office software (especially Microsoft Excel).
