Law firm in Downtown Columbia is seeking a Practice Management Specialist to assist with new hire orientations and training applications.  The ideal candidate has previous legal administrative experience and is comfortable working with applications and training materials to update the firms practices and procedures.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work directly with the Applications team in developing, updating and revising the firm’s practice management applications and related systems
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of training materials and programs for firm timekeepers and other related support staff
  • Assist Paralegal Systems Analyst to develop new and/or updated workflows
  • Travel as necessary to provide training on the functionality of the case management applications to include new employee orientation, follow up training and ongoing related education
  • Travel as necessary to provide training and any and all other support needed for new office opening; may also include additional travel to provide ongoing support to new office

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of working experience
  • Must have previous legal experience
  • Comfortable with travel as needed
