A well-known client in Columbia, SC is looking to add a HR Coordinator to their team.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite support to employees and supervisors
  • Attend meetings and document conversations
  • Review/edit monthly feedback documents from supervisors
  • Assist supervisors with workplan development and follow up with supervisor on progress
  • Assist managers with preparation of documents for performance, behavior, and development
  • Complete personnel transactions for supervisors and managers
  • Complete position descriptions and assist with the interview process

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous HR or related experience preferred but not required
  • Previous Supervisor experience required

Compensation:
  • Weekly pay
  • Compensation up to $20.50/hour
  • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance
