A well-known client in Columbia, SC is looking to add a HR Coordinator to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support to employees and supervisors
- Attend meetings and document conversations
- Review/edit monthly feedback documents from supervisors
- Assist supervisors with workplan development and follow up with supervisor on progress
- Assist managers with preparation of documents for performance, behavior, and development
- Complete personnel transactions for supervisors and managers
- Complete position descriptions and assist with the interview process
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous HR or related experience preferred but not required
- Previous Supervisor experience required
Compensation:
- Weekly pay
- Compensation up to $20.50/hour
