A real estate law firm based in the South Carolina Lowcountry is opening their first location in Greenville! To establish this location, they are hiring for a licensed and experienced Real Estate Attorney. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who works well independently and enjoys building from the ground up, as you’ll be running all aspects of a brand new office.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all residential and commercial real estate transactions in the office, including residential and commercial sales and refinances
  • Review title
  • Work with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions
  • Draft and/or review loan documents including contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase and sale agreements
  • Deliver a professional and engaging experience to clients and address any lingering questions or concerns they may have
  • Review disbursement ledger and sign checks
  • Develop, cultivate and grow business relationships for the firm
  • Conduct training for potential clients in relevant areas of real estate law
  • Manage supporting staff 
 
Qualifications:
  • Member of the South Carolina State Bar, in good standing
  • Residential real estate experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Involved in the community
  • Strong administrative and office management capabilities
  • Strong work ethic demonstrated in academics and work history
  • Able to manage a support staff
 
Benefits & Compensation:
  • $80,000 – $90,000
