The FGP Staffing Recruiter contributes to the success of the Professional Staffing division by sourcing and recruiting top talent for appropriate jobs to meet client needs and expectations.  The Staffing Recruiter oversees the identification process of placeable candidates for client requirements, build relationships and connections with top talent, as well as coaching and performance management as needed for field employees. 
Responsibilities
  • Sources new candidates using technology and tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, FGP Database (Bullhorn), ZoomInfo and other job boards.
  • Utilize system of tearsheets and other organizational resources to keep track of top talent in each skill set. 
  • Build and develop advanced skills to identify hard to find talent.
  • Screen resumes from the FGP website and perform follow-up with applicants. 
  • Document activities into FGP database (Bullhorn) with information relating to companies, contacts, and job orders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships through regular professional communication and follow up with candidates (24-hour return).
  • Perform in-person screening of candidates to start the process of building a relationship of trust. 
  • Provide thorough verbal and written communication throughout the recruiting process, during assignments and following placement to ensure long term relationships. 
  • Provide coaching on resume formatting, interview techniques and steps through the recruiting process.
  • Perform employee quality calls and follow up with placed talent to ensure success in new role.  Provide situational guidance as needed. 
  • Identify and select the top candidates to present to clients based on job description and requirements from client companies.
  • Package candidate information in a professional and consistent manner to present to the sales team for each order.  This includes formatting resume, candidate summary selling the candidate on experience and capabilities and additional information related to search.
  • Organize candidate pool to facilitate the identification of quality candidates for new job orders.  Identify most placeable candidates.
  • Work collaboratively alongside team members to effectively deliver quality results for new and existing business relationships.
  • Actively solicit feedback and input from members of the FGP Tech Division, reciprocate with authentic feedback and manage conflict at the point of escalation.
  • Ensure a solutions mindset to clients’ business problems and instill a lens of “how we make things work” versus “why they won’t work”.

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers, key partners, and referral sources.
  • Develop and grow an in-depth knowledge of hiring trends locally and nationally, current market, FGP services and value proposition.
  • Maintain an external focus through research, connecting with focused groups and participating in networking events.
  • Participate in career fairs, develop collegiate contacts and relationships with other professional associations as a recruitment resource.
Requirements:
  • Hungry, humble, and smart. An effective communicator with high emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting (staffing or in house)
  • Ability to navigate difficult conversations with a balance of candor and humility.
  • Relationship builder with an empowering and inclusive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable the ability to build trustworthy relationships internally and externally with all levels of people with demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
