Day to Day:

  • Administer and maintain telecommunications systems
  • Configure and integrate voice and data communications
  • Support call center systems and provide reporting
  • Organize, prioritize, and complete tickets via ticketing system
  • Write SOPs and business requirement documentation

 

Required Skill Sets:

  • 3+ years’ experience supporting telecommunications
  • MiTel experience
  • Five9 and/or Teams Dialing experience strongly preferred
  • Documentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
