Day to Day:
- Administer and maintain telecommunications systems
- Configure and integrate voice and data communications
- Support call center systems and provide reporting
- Organize, prioritize, and complete tickets via ticketing system
- Write SOPs and business requirement documentation
Required Skill Sets:
- 3+ years’ experience supporting telecommunications
- MiTel experience
- Five9 and/or Teams Dialing experience strongly preferred
- Documentation skills
- Strong communication skills
