Do you have experience as a Retention Specialist and enjoy working remotely? Are you a professional candidate with experience earning back customers, maintaining customers and understanding industry trends? We are looking for 2 Retention Specialists to join a growing team for a great client in South Carolina. The ideal candidate has television or wireless communications experience. The position is 100% remote with onsite training for the 1st 2 weeks close to Northeast Columbia. Set schedule of Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm. Must be able to pass background and drug screen!


Description:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • A combination of proactive and reactive interactions with customers.
  • Proactive communication with new and existing customers.
  • Handle save attempts for current customers, win-back sales from former customers.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 year degree is desired
  • 1+ year(s) of related training and experience
  • Preferred telecommunications experience

Compensation & Benefits Overview:
