Looking to step into or step up in the financial advisory world?  A financial planning firm in Greenville is seeking an organized and passionate candidate for a Financial Planning Administrator.  The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills and knowledge of and experience in the financial planning or investment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Run Quarterly Fiduciary Investment reviews for all retirement plan clients
  • Run Fund Analysis Reports
  • Update and maintain all documentation
  • Prepare and maintain reports and maintain database for presentations.
  • Maintain asset and revenue reports
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, handling educational presentations, and maintaining materials

Qualifications:

  • College degree in business or finance
  • Series 65 securities license currently held or obtained within 120 days of hire
  • 2+ years of experience in investments or finance preferred
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Desire to continue professional growth

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $45,000 – $65,000/yr
